Prayer Requests and Updates
Marie Rockwell –Her cancer has spread to her liver and spine.
Pray for healing, comfort and peace as she and her family go through this difficult time.
Tim Harvey (Grace Lewis’s brother) – Is recovering from surgery to remove a tumor from his lung 2 weeks ago. Last week he had to have a new chest tube reinserted because his lung was leaking air. Pray for continued healing.
Ricardo and Cynthia (Dominican Republic) National pastor/teacher who works with Jair Munoz in the Timothy Project Ministry. Cynthia is very ill and weak and medical resources are limited. Please pray for Doctors to be able to properly diagnose and treat her symptoms. She may have M.S. Pray for a Healing Miracle! They also have young children to care for.
Jamie Donnan (Laos)
Thank you for letting me share my ministry at your church in August. I am back in Laos now after being away all summer.
Please Pray for me to have wisdom as I settle back in and adjust to
a new schedule as some of my responsibilities have changed.
Pray for unity in our ministry team. Pray for the many who have been affected by flooding throughout the country; 250,000 acres of rice fields have been destroyed, 107,000 households damaged, leaving 268,000 people in need. Pray for healing, help and redemption during this time of loss and sorrow. We praise God that many in the heavily affected areas have already come to Christ.
Also, Pray for a little girl Noy, (1 yr. old) who has a heart defect since birth. Her family prays that their difficulty would be a testimony to the village, where believers are not welcome and often isolated.
Marc and Alison Keeton- (Papua, New Guinea)
Please Pray for one of our team members who fell and broke his leg while working on a roof, and two of our aviators who have become very ill. All three have been flown to Australia for treatment.
Continue to pray for our family as we adjust to the culture and to become more familiar with language.
Bill and Marianne Rosenberger (Update) Bill had surgery to remove a tumor from his intestine early in the summer.
He has completed three chemo infusions, with the sixth scheduled on November 2. He has tolerated the chemo well but has some side-effects that cycle through between each treatment. We are grateful for your continued prayers for his healing.
Jed and Amy Appell (Asia-Pacific)
PRAISE: What we never expected to happen, has happened: Jed has received his teaching work permit from the government! This is a huge answer to prayer, as we did not expect this to happen until next summer sometime. We will be traveling over the border to a neighboring country, visiting the Consulate to obtain our visas, and then returning with the longer visas in hand that allow Jed to legally teach here in the Asia-Pacific!
*(New) Pray for Amy- she has a “frozen” shoulder which is painful and has limited range of motion. Pray for healing, good treatment to be provided and comfort from pain.
